Join us for the Nuts & Bolts of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)! Our event will cover Title I (employment), Title II (state and local governments), and Title III (public accommodations). Through lectures and an engaging panel discussion, we will delve into topics such as how to provide a reasonable accommodation, the interplay between the ADA and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), the basics of engaging in the interactive process, and the responsibility of entities to provide reasonable modifications.

The panel will feature distinguished labor and employment attorneys as well as the Honorable Susan K. DeClercq, who served as the Chief of the Civil Rights Unit in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan.
