Join us for the Nuts & Bolts of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)! You will master the ADA’s core principles and applications, which will cover Title I (employment), Title II (state and local governments), and Title III (public accommodations). Through lectures and an engaging panel discussion, we will also explore topics such as: How to provide a reasonable accommodation; The interplay between the ADA and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA);The basics of engaging in the interactive process; and The responsibility of entities to provide reasonable modifications.
